Monday 11th July 2011 marks the release of Best Intentions; the second single from London based three-piece Sound Of Rum and their debut album Balance which is out now on Rob da Bank’s Sunday Best Recordings. It will include b-side Give also on their debut album and remixes of Best Intentions by Jamie Woon & James Delay amongst others.

Best Intentions a track dedicated to an ex-lover, spoken with an apologetic tone with striking, heartbreaking honesty. B-side Give initially appears to be a fire-driven rap torrent inspired by a reckless lifestyle but upon closer inspection however reveals a passionately honest love song dedicated to unrequited feelings and rejection.
